Promotora Reina has started its new housing complex “Ses Fonts” in the exclusive residential area of “Sa Teulera”.

The development is located next to the Bellver Forest, the largest natural public area in the city of Palma, which forms part of the heritage of its people and, together with Bellver Castle, forms one of the most iconic images of the city.

“Ses Fonts” consists of 36 semi-detached homes, with the first phase being 22 homes developed. The homes face south-east or south-west, have spacious, bright rooms and views of the Bellver Forest and Castle and the Na Burguesa mountain range.
